1. What is your exchange and return policy?
We take exchanges and returns seriously. If your product is either damaged or broken or if you accidentally received the wrong product or print, simply send us a photograph within 24 hours. We will confirm before sending out a new replacement in 5-7 business days. Learn more about our policies.
2.I received a broken product. When will I receive my replacement?
If your product is damaged or broken, please photograph this as soon as you open the packaging, and send us a photo to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the order. You’ll receive instructions on the next steps, and we’ll send you a free replacement in 5-7 working days!
3.Your website says easy replacements. If I don’t like a product, can I replace it?

5.Do I have to pay for shipping if I get a replacement?
No! If we’re sending you a replacement, shipping is on us. It’s completely free for you.

1. What methods of payment do you accept for domestic transactions?
We accept debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
2. Why is my card being declined when I place an order?
There are several reasons why your card could be declined.
- Be sure to check for sufficient account balance.
- Ensure you’ve entered the correct card details
- The payment gateway servers may be temporarily unavailable. We’d suggest trying again after a short interval.
3. Why I am asked to pay Cash handling charges for COD Orders?
This is an amount that is charged by the logistics handling partners for carrying out the COD Deliveries.

There’s no standard timeline for bulk orders, as the requirements for each order are different. Production and shipping of our existing designs can be done in shorter time frames.
