Shipping Policy
At Kalagram, we strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping options. All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Jharkhand, India.
Shipping Times:
We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving order confirmation. However, please note that processing times may be longer during peak shopping periods, such as holidays and promotional events.
Delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected during checkout, as well as the destination of the order. Orders shipped within India generally take between 10 to 15 business days to arrive. while international orders may take longer due to customs clearance and other factors.
Shipping Rates:
We offer free shipping on all orders within India above an order value of Rs. 2,000/-. For orders below that amount, shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll be sent a confirmation email with tracking details so that you can track your package online. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Restrictions:
We are unable to ship to certain locations due to legal or logistical restrictions. Please note that we do not ship to the following locations. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel orders that we are unable to fulfill for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, shipping restrictions, or fraud prevention measures.
Cash On Delivery
At Kalagram, we understand that some customers prefer the convenience of paying for their orders in cash upon delivery. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free COD experience for our customers, we have the following rules in place:
COD is available only for orders shipped within India.
COD orders are subject to a verification call from our customer service team to confirm the order details and to ensure that the order is legitimate. Failure to answer this call may result in the cancellation of the order.
Orders that exceed the value of Rs.4,999/- may not be eligible for COD. This value may vary based on the product category, destination, or other factors. If a COD order is not eligible, customers will be notified during the checkout process.
COD orders must be paid in full in cash at the time of delivery. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to accept partial payments or installments.
COD orders carry a flat Rs. 100/- as Cash Handling Charges. This Cash Handling Charge is to be paid over & above the order price. This Cash Handling Charge is to be paid in full in cash at the time of delivery. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to accept partial payments or installments.
Customers are advised to keep the exact amount of cash ready for the delivery, as our delivery personnel may not carry exact change.
If a customer is not available to receive the delivery at the designated address, our delivery personnel may attempt to contact the customer to reschedule the delivery. If the customer cannot be reached, the order may be cancelled.

Orders paid for using COD are subject to the same shipping rates and policies as orders paid for in advance using other payment methods.
If a COD order is returned or cancelled for any reason, the customer will be refunded the amount paid in cash during the delivery. Refunds will be processed within [number] business days of receiving the returned or cancelled order.
Kalagram reserves the right to refuse or cancel any COD order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, shipping restrictions, or fraud prevention measures.

Exchange & Return Policy
What is your exchange and return policy?
We take exchanges and returns seriously. If your product is either damaged or broken or if you accidentally received the wrong product or print, simply send us a photograph within 24 hours. We will confirm before sending out a new replacement in 5-7 business days. Learn more about our policies.
I received a broken product. When will I receive my replacement?
If your product is damaged or broken, please photograph this as soon as you open the packaging, and send us a photo to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the order. You’ll receive instructions on the next steps, and we’ll send you a free replacement in 5-7 working days!
Your website says easy replacements. If I don’t like a product, can I replace it?
We offer exchanges and return if your product is damaged or broken, or if we’ve accidentally shipped you the wrong design/print (though we go out of our way to ensure this doesn’t happen!) Please get in touch with us at [email protected] for further queries.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product?

Do I have to pay for shipping if I get a replacement?
No! If we’re sending you a replacement, shipping is on us. It’s completely free for you.
